About e-PropertyLinks!
WHO WE ARE: We are a FREE Real Estate Listing Service. Residential Listings, Commercial Listings, Real Estate For Sale, Real Estate For Lease, Businesses for Sale, with or without the Real Estate, or Third Party Service Providers, as it pertains to Real Estate, or the Real Estate Transaction, they all can be found on our site.
WHO WE WERE: e-PropertyLinks started as an email marketing effort in January of 2006, under the name of HavesNWants. The first e-newsletter featured 9 listings; 7 Property Haves and 2 Property Wants. It was emailed to 17,500 Real Estate and Business Professionals throughout the Nation. By the second issue, we featured 89 listings. Over time, the newsletter grew into property type web pages, such as retail, office, single family, etc.; and eventually advertisers were added.
In 2007, we changed our name to e-PropertyLinks(a big Thank You! to our extensive agent test group, we know it took some patience.) Still without an actual website, the domain received over 22 million page views during 2007. Through trial, error and feedback from our Real Estate Professionals, we launched e-PropertyLinks on August 22nd, 2008. The current site is Phase I of our new development effort, and over the next few months, counting on additional feedback from our agents, we will continue to evolve and bring additional services and resources to the members of e-PropertyLinks.
HOW WE’RE DOING: Since the launch of e-PropertyLinks, we are growing at a rate of thousands of new listings and hundreds of new users every week!!! Sorry, but we’re excited about that! Real Estate Agents, Service Providers alike, and Real Estate or Business Investors all frequent our site, and can set up professional business profiles on the site, to market their products, services and listings, most importantly themselves, to an audience that has one strong link in common: We All Invest in Real Estate.
HOW WE’RE DOING WHAT WE’RE DOING: We drive traffic to the site with our email newsletters and affiliate co-op advertising. Today, we send an average of five broadcast emails per week to our network of Real Estate and Business Professionals, 950,000 and counting. The email newsletters, comprised of industry and market news, property highlights, agents and service provider profiles, drive traffic to the site non stop.
WHAT WE’RE DOING TODAY: Our mission is to Link Agents, Buyers, Sellers, Investors, Business Brokers and Service Providers. We know your buyer or seller may no longer come from your own back yard. They come from anywhere. Market your services, your listings, and most importantly, brand your own image on a National Real Estate Platform, with e-PropertyLinks!

Set up your FREE e-PropertyLinks account, enhance your professional business profile, and begin to market yourself, your listings, products and services. If you’re a Real Estate Agent, set up an agent account and market yourself and your listings. If you Provide a Service related to Real Estate, or the Real Estate transaction, set up a Service Provider account and market your Products and Services. Mortgage, Title and Escrow, 1031, Contractors, Inspectors, etc. We have 33 Provider categories. And if we need to add some more, please let us know. We’ll do it.
